San Tight

According to the assertion one of the most interesting fat burners is San Tight.  This is because of the unusual compounds like caffeine and green tea in San Tight. 

Green tea is very good compound for weight loss. 

One of the recent studies from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition states that tea rich in catechins that is extract from the green tea lowers the body fat and cholesterol levels.

The other ingredient in San Tight is Guggulsterones. It is a standardized extract of a resin of an Indian tree that is used in the Ayurvedic medicine for a long time. 

One study published by The Journal of Associations of Physicians in India in 1989 that San tight has powerful effect on the decreased blood fats that are called triglycerides and LDL cholesterol or the bad one. 

Intuitively, it should be known that it improves the good cholesterol or HDL. 

Guggulsterones has good effect on the thyroid gland that results positively on the main thyroid hormones in the body, namely T3 and T4. 

The other San Tight ingredient is Yohimbine. It is extract of the African Yohimbe tree and is often used as natural aphrodisiac. In US it can be bought as a drug as well. 

A famous brand is Yohimbex that is 5.4 milligrams of Yohimbe hydrochloride per tablet. It cures impotency, dilate the pupil of the eye, and stimulate fat loss. It should be used with caution because it has unpredictable effects on the blood pressure. 

According to SupplementWatch.com the commercial yohimbe products are missing the effective levels of the compound. There is not much information about how efficient Yohimbe as a fat burner is but it is surely a good cure against impotence. 

Another ingredient is vinpocetine it is alkaloid derived from a plant of a perwinkle family. In some countries like Europe, Japan and Mexico it is used as a pharmaceutical agent for treatment of cerebrovascular and cognitive disorders. It may also have some effect on elevating metabolism but for now this is not considered to be truth. 

Bioperine is the last ingredient in San Tight fat burner. San tight is extract from the black pepper and the long pepper berries that are harvested in India. It has been used to increase the bioavailability of some supplements through increase absorption. 

Bioperine can be mixed with other vitamins, minerals, amino acids and anti oxidants that can become more absorbed and utilized in the body. 

People like Synephrine because of its compounds green tea and guggulipids. But when the question is about weight loss it is not very preferable. This product is a bit better than the most others. But keep in mind that even the best fat burner will not do anything to you as long as you do not change your diet and do some exercises.
