Abgone Extra Strength
Review
AbGone
is just one of all fat burning products available on the market
today.
According
to its advertisement, this weight loss pill can help you to
burn fat of the abdominal area.
Moreover,
they claim that Abgone with its extra strength is designed to
help you to lose abdominal fat in a healthy way.
Actually,
this diet pill minimizes cortisol levels and thus burning fat.
The truth is that AbGone is not the only fat burner that has
such an advertisement. We have already heard similar comments
about the “popular” Cortslim. However, producers had some
serious problems with the Federal Trade Commission about their
product.
In order
to make sure whether such comments are true or false, we need
to become familiar with its ingredients. We can find out
whether this supplement is as healthy as they claim if only we
know its formula.
So, what
is does it contains? What are the ingredients?
Dandelion Root & Leaf Powder – these ingredients help you to get rid of
the excess water, which the body usually retains. To make
a long story short, these are diuretics.
Chromium
Polynicotinate – this
ingredient effectively balances your blood sugar levels.
L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine – these three
ingredients are amino acids. As we all know, protein is build
of amino acids. That is why these three amino acids could be
used by bodybuilders to make their muscles grow.
However,
once again we cannot say that Abgone Weight Loss is effective
because of the three amino acids L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine,
L-Valine. These ingredients are in too small quantities in
AbGone. In order to be effective, they should be in multi-gram
doses.
CLA
(conjugated linoleic acid) – for
people who are going to take products that contain CLA, it is
very important to know that CLA is a helpful ingredient only if
it is taken at a correct dose.
In short,
a correct dose is 4 for men up to 200 lbs., and 5 for those
over that and 3 grams daily for women. However, the daily
intake of AbGone usually does not contain enough
CLA.
Phosphatidylserine
- in
fact, this ingredient is responsible for the reduction of
cortisol levels. Taken at doses of 400 to 800 milligrams per
day, Phosphatidylserine is able to reduce the increased levels
in cortisol due to exercises.
Moreover,
Phosphatidylserine could be a part of treatment of cognitive
impairment such as Alzheimer's disease, age-associated memory
impairment and some non-Alzheimer's dementias.
However,
still no one is quite sure whether Phosphatidylserine is able
to enhance the immune system or to reduce stress that is due to
exercises.
Moreover,
when it comes to losing weight, there may be no exercise stress
as most people desire to lose weight without exercising. As
well, researches concerning Phosphatidylserine have not
advanced yet.
At last,
we cannot be quite sure how much Phosphatidylserine contains
the formula, as it is not the only ingredient.
Our
Conclusion:
As a
conclusion, we can say that probably this diet pill is not
worth its $30. So far, there are no convincing evidences that
AbGone does its work as effectively as its makers
claim.
